Our primary service is to analyse your needs and objectives and turn these into a training program tailored uniquely for your organisation.

The process of defining the training needs typically starts with a visit to client site. During the visit our consultant meets with key members of the organisation to gain insight to the current state. Based on these findings, a recommended learning path is then discussed and initiatated. Once the training program is completed, Absolute Learning can offer feedback on the training outcomes and can also be consulted on a longer term basis to mentor projects and other organisations.
