Overview

• Provides detail on the PMBOK® intent & framework including project management definitions and life cycle
• Address the PMBOK® Process Groups of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing plus the domain of Professional & Social Responsibility
• Addresses in detail the 9 PM Knowledge Areas, namely Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement
• 4 days of consecutive training or in segments
• PMBOK®, presentation material handouts and prep exams are included in the material package
• Access to an online discussion room to support learning during and after the session for a limited time
• Support with pre exam eligibility validation (tools to help students submit required information) & exam booking

Pre-Requisites

• No official prerequisite but attendance at the Principles of Project Management Course or equivalent, or some knowledge of PMBOK® would be an advantage
